Our  Kiddush Team

Meet Ruth and Jacky who've just finished preparing a delicious Kiddush buffet at a recent Wessex synagogue service in Bournemouth.  Jacky says that back in 2014 she worked with Rosalind and in those days catered for a regular Sunday tea as well as all the Saturday Shabbat Kiddush meals.  Her husband Stan always does the chopped herrings on bagels which are very popular. Ruth's fish goujons are always sought after, and also the tortilla which brings a flavour of Spain. Eggs with anchovies are also one of Jacky's specialties. The unusual circular dishes on which we serve the eggs are made in Spain and when Jacky saw one she liked it so much Ruth bought one for her too!
